 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics. He joined the bank in 1990 as Senior Vice President and was elected Executive Vice President in 1996 and Chief Operating Officer in 2000.

He also serves as Vice President of LSB Bancshares, Inc., as well as Vice President and a Director of Peoples Finance Company of Lexington, Inc. and Senior Vice President of LSB Investment Services, Inc., both of which are subsidiaries of the bank.

Sherron is currently serving as Chairman of the Board of the United Way of Davidson County as well as a member of the Executive Board of the Old North State Council of the Boy Scouts of America Noun 1. Boy Scouts of America - a corporation that operates through a national council that charters local councils all over the United States; the purpose is character building and citizenship training . Additionally, he serves on the boards of the New England BankCard Association as well as the J. Smith Young YMCA and Lexington Memorial Hospital Foundation, Inc.

Frank and his wife Julia are the parents of two sons, Haynes and Neill. The Sherrons are members of First Baptist Church of Lexington.
