Sheldrake welcomes movies stars to Riverhouse.

In conjunction with The Cinema Society, The Sheldrake Organization hosted the premier for the movie All the King's Men at Riverhouse, the green condo tower under development in Battery Park City.

J. Christopher Daly founded the Sheldrake Organization in 1988 with a mission to recycle urban properties and to build, rehabilitate and manage propertieswhich are socially and aesthetically beneficial to the community.

With his latest project, Riverhouse, Daly reaches the pinnacle of his career as an urban developer.

Having begun sales in August for residency in Winter 2006, Riverhouse is a place that marries neo-green design by Polshek Partnership Architects in collaboration with Ismael Leyva Architects with the fun and fantastical elements of David Rockwell design.

Riverhouse uses groundbreaking and never-before seen technology such as Polshek's Triple Glass Curtain wall, along with advanced energy savings techniques like the solar panel louvers that track the position of the sun for optimal energy production.

The building was a perfect setting for the premier's after party for celebrity guests that included Tim Robbins, Bruce Willis, Edie Falco, Marcia Gay Harden, Connie Nielsen, Diane Kruger, Beth Ostrosky, Law & Order's Christopher Meloni, Dean

Winters (Oz and Rescue Me), Inside the Actors Studio's James Lipton, Bebe Neuwirth, Gail Sheehy, Prince Dimitri of Yugoslavia, Cynthia Rowley, Jonathan & Somers Farkas, Allison Aston and Caroline Hirsch.
