Myrtle Point 3, Bandon 2: Scott Buche threw a two-hitter with 15 strikeouts as the visiting Bobcats stayed in a first-place tie with Glide.

North Medford 9, South Eugene 0: Taylor Schmidt threw a two-hitter and also had a double and two RBIs for the host Black Tornado. Kayla Strahm and Kassie Choi had two singles apiece and Brittany Griffor knocked in two runs for North Medford.

Midwestern League

Churchill 3, Thurston 0: Megan Peterson threw a two-hitter with 14 strikeouts and Jessica Plummer was 2-for-3 with a double and two runs for the host Lancers. Sierra Lessel was 2-for-3 and knocked in a run for Churchill.

Sky-Em League

Junction City 4, Pleasant Hill 1: Traci Garner was 2-for-2 to lead the visiting Tigers, who scored all of their runs on errors.

Jenny Novak struck out five and gave up five hits for the Billies.

La Pine 7, Cottage Grove 2: Brittney Manning won a pitcher's duel with Hannah Ladd as both gave up five hits and struck out five. The visiting Hawks scored four runs in the first inning and took advantage of seven Cottage Grove errors.

Elmira 4, Sisters 3: Michelle Sconce was 3-for-3 with a double and two RBIs for the visiting Falcons, and Brittany Petersen scored the winning run on Ashley Lokey's double in the seventh inning.

Far West League

South Umpqua 3, Douglas 2: Kaila Johnson struck out nine in eight innings and singled in Kenzie Church with the winning run in the eighth inning as the visiting Lancers (5-0) moved into first place.

Sunset Six League

Reedsport 23, Coquille 3: Kelsey Moore was 3-for-4 with a double and Chelsea Hitchcock had a double and scored five runs for the host Braves.
