* A 21,500 s/f lease at 600 Montrose Avenue in South Plainfield, New Jersey South Plainfield is a Borough in Middlesex County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the borough population was 21,810.

South Plainfield was incorporated by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 10, 1926, from portions of Piscataway
. In conjunction with Barbara Gross, Robert Bowman and Jonathan Glick represented the tenant, Specialty Flooring Systems. Adler Development is the landlord;

* A 11,753 s/f sublease at 100 Walnut Avenue, Clark, New Jersey Clark is a township in southern Union County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the township population was 14,597.

The territory that would become Clark was originally a part of several of the early villages of the State and of Union County,
. Barbara represented the sublessee, Global eProcure; the sublessor was Capgemini.

* A 10,087 s/f lease at 360 Mt. Kemble Avenue in Morris, New Jersey. Barbara Gross represented the tenant, Donahue, Hagan, Klein, Newsome & O'Donnell. Brookwood Financial Partners is the landlord.

* A 3,892 s/f lease at 77 Brant Avenue in Clark, New Jersey. Barbara Gross represented the tenant, Shachat & Simson. Toranco-Clark Associates is the landlord.

* A 1,200 s/f lease at 53 Stickle stick·le
