Shareholders Approve First-Step Merger of Mittal Steel into ArcelorMittal.LUXEMBOURG & ROTTERDAM, Netherlands -- Regulatory News: Today, the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders of Mittal Steel Company Mittal Steel Company N.V.
