He underlined RCO keenness to boost relations with the United Nations and its specialised organisations out of a strong belief in the vital role played by the international organisation in fostering global peace and stability and promoting charity work.
He also hailed UNDP development projects in Bahrain which, he said, have had a clear impact on the kingdom's sustainable development march.
He stressed the significance of joint cooperation between RCO and the UN in backing humanitarian efforts to support the needy around the world.
This partnership, he said, "has contributed to extending many humanitarian services all over the world".
Mr. Grohmann praised the outstanding role played by the leadership in Bahrain in supporting philanthropic activities throughout the world, stressing the UN keenness to achieve more cooperation with RCO to serve noble goals.
