ShAirForce Names Wells Fargo Escrow Agent For Global Shared Aircraft Ownership.

ShAirForce, LLC today announced it has signed an agreement with Wells Fargo Bank Northwest, N.A., a subsidiary of Wells Fargo Corporation (NYSE: WFC) to act as escrow agent for ShAirForce's global shared aircraft ownership program.

In January of this year, ShAirForce became the first company in the world to offer its clients shared ownership in luxurious premium-class-only aircraft that will also entitle the client to regular and frequent service between the most frequently flown domestic and international city pairs utilizing new Boeing Business Jets (BBJ2 737-800's), at pricing highly competitive with any other method of flight.

According to ShAirForce, LLC president Art Brown: "Wells Fargo, as escrow agent, is utilized to alleviate any concern of risk on the client's part about the safety of their deposit money during the times between when they make their purchase, the aircraft becoming fully sold, delivered and paid for, and put into service. If for any reason the aircraft is not fully sold, funds, plus any interest earned while the funds are held, are returned to the client without any possible risk to one penny. Usage of any ShAirForceOne aircraft (each flying multiple round trips on a frequent and regular basis throughout each day between its own specific city pair) depends on the ownership share, and corresponding passenger flight hour entitlement, a company purchases. For example, a company that purchases a 1/48 ownership share of one aircraft is entitled to 1,000 passenger hours per year. Any ShAirForceOne owners' executives, employees or guests may use these hours, always at the same low fixed price per passenger flight hour, on any ShAirForceOne aircraft operating between any ShAirForce city pair. Owners and their guests may travel one at a time, or with up to 36 passengers, always for the same low fixed cost per passenger flight hour. All passengers must be pre-approved for security reasons.
