Sixty women who accompanied their husbands in urology consultation at University Hospital Ibn Rushd of Casablanca were included to the sample. The tools of the study were a questionnaire, established by the authors collecting details on demography, income, and habits. The sexuality and its dysfunction had been explored with 15 items. Concerning sexual activity, 50% of partners with ED were unsatisfied; however, they thought their partners were unsatisfied in 80% of the cases. All the women had not had another partner, and 15% had masturbated.
