Adam Lesnick is a member of the Real Estate group in New York. His practice includes a wide variety of real estate, real estate-related joint ventures and other business transactions. He has significant experience in all aspects of the acquisition, financing, development and disposition of various real estate assets. He has also represented sponsors in real estate fund formation and investors in real estate funds in the preparation and negotiation of fund formation and investment documents.
