The raids were conducted at 6 a.m. Saturday at 28 Central Ave., Apt. 2, Dudley, and at 7:48 a.m. Saturday at 74 Federal Hill Road, Oxford. Judge Neil G. Arrested in Oxford were: Nichole Goodwin, 17, of 74 Federal Hill Road, Oxford; Matthew Sinkis, 19, of 3 Ballard St., Oxford; and a 16-year-old girl. They were charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate drugs laws. Ms. Goodwin was released on $200 cash bail. Mr. Sinkis was released on $1,000 cash bail.
