Espanola Espanola (ĕs'pənyōl`ə), city (1990 pop. 8,389), Rio Arriba and Santa Fe counties., N central N.Mex., on the Rio Grande, in the heart of pueblo country; founded 1880, inc. 1964. , ON -- A nine week strike at Community Living Espanola ended with a new collective agreement between the agency and its 38 vocational Vocational
