Ms. Powell will be one of three speakers sharing their insights and success stories on corporate and non-profit partnerships that drive the mission and the bottom line. Ms Powell, was recently nominated for Mass Council of Human Services Provider Director of the Year award for 2005. She is recognized for her creative work force training programs including "At Your Service", a unique hospitality training program developed in partnership with over 10 Boston hotels including the Ritz Carlton Boston, The Hilton Back Bay and Nine Zero. Serena is a current member of the Boston Chamber of Commerce's Workforce Development Committee.
