September's Homeownership Month features a block party in Bushwick, Brooklyn, with new homeowners on Evergreen Ave.; an Open House for the agency's Housing Education Program; seminars sponsored by Neighborhood Housing Services; classes in building management and water/energy conservation; and Fannie Mae's free homebuyer's fair.
