The acquisition of COUNTRY RADIO.COM is part of the strategic growth of the entertainment company, which started with the reverse merger of F-Squared Entertainment, in June of this year. COUNTRY RADIO.COM provides a marketing vehicle for the content of F-Squared Entertainment (Finer Arts Records / Fahrenheit Records) and an additional revenue source through MP3 downloads, on-line sales and advertising.
