(BPG) announced the execution of a long-term lease with Sephora USA, Inc. for 100% of the space at Harford Distribution Center, a 316,524 s/f warehouse facility located in Belcamp, Harford County, Maryland Harford County is a county in the U.S. state of Maryland. In 2004, its population was estimated to be 233,340. Its county seat is Bel Air. Harford County forms part of the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan Area. . The facility is situated within the established Riverside Business Park at 4622 Mercedes Drive. It was acquired by an affiliate of BPG in 2003 on behalf of BPG Investment Partnership VI, L.P., a $384 million private equity fund. "We were pleased to execute this long-term lease expansion with a growing company like Sephora USA, Inc.," commented Stephen M. Spaeder, Senior Vice President of BPG. "We believe that Sephora is a good fit for Harford Distribution Center, a well located, quality asset." Jean Wirsching of Cushman & Wakefield represented Sephora in the negotiations while George Haines George Frederick Haines (March 9, 1924–May 1, 2006) was a swimming coach who coached at the Santa Clara Swim Club, Stanford University and UCLA.
