 and SeniorNet have awarded SeniorNet Center grants to Greenville Recreation and Parks Department, Greenville, N.C., Troy Parks and Recreation Department, Troy, Mich., Lewisville Parks and Leisure Services, Lewisville, Texas Lewisville is a city in Denton County and Dallas County, Texas (USA). As of the 2000 census the city had a total population of 77,737. With strong population growth continuing into the new millennium, the U.S. Census Bureau gives a 2006 population estimate of 94,589. , and Allen Parks Allen Park, city (1990 pop. 31,092), Wayne co., SE Mich., a suburb of Detroit; inc. as a city 1957. Its manufactures include motor vehicle and marine prototypes, liquor, and sheet metal.  and Recreation Department, Allen, Texas Allen is a city in Collin County and a northern suburb of Dallas, Texas (USA). As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 43,554. As of April 2007, the city's population is estimated at 77,465. . SeniorNet Learning Centers are thriving places run by seniors for seniors, never short of students and filled with enthusiasm. When you bring SeniorNet to the seniors of your community, you bring a wonderful program that will connect them to the world of computers and beyond.

SeniorNet (www.seniornet.org) is the world's premier technology trainer and online community for adults over 50. Based in San Francisco San Francisco (săn frănsĭs`kō), city (1990 pop. 723,959), coextensive with San Francisco co., W Calif., on the tip of a peninsula between the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay, which are connected by the strait known as the Golden  and founded in 1986, SeniorNet is a major international organization that has taught hundreds of thousands of older adults to use computers and the Internet, and has enriched the lives of millions through its Web site. With a thriving online community and a network of more than 220 locally run learning centers in the U.S. staffed by more than 4,500 volunteers, SeniorNet offers both offline and online destinations to a population that was originally neglected in the information revolution.
