The two facilities, located in Tampa, Florida, had been family-owned and operated. since 1970. Senior Care is a Cumming, Georgia-based not-for-profit that operates four other facilities specializing in memory loss. The $36 million bond transaction was partially funded with tax-exempt bonds. |
