Semtech Corporation (NASDAQ: SMTC) is a supplier of analog and mixed-signal semiconductors.

The company saw its $60.2 million in net income on $256.7 million in revenues in 2000 drop to $26 million in net income on $191.2 million in sales in 2001.

The added emphasis on overseas markets helped the company report $11.1 million in net income on $52.1 million in revenue for the quarter ending July 30, compared to the same period last year when it lost $5.1 million on $40.5 million in sales.
