Sempra Energy plans to use eB across its intranet to provide its employees with an easy to use map interface to access documents stored in the eB system; to view maps electronically and spatially navigate to the property or easement easement, in law, the right to use the land of another for a specified purpose, as distinguished from the right to possess that land. Southern California Gas will migrate to eB from an obsolete legacy solution and share the eB platform with SDG&E.

The solution will be deployed using industry standard ProLiant servers from HP (NYSE: HPQ HPQ Hewlett-Packard Corporation (NYSE)
