Carlson, executive director of the Federation. "The seminar topics were developed to maximize the educational experience for our audience," states Carison. "Each year our members attend the conference and tradeshow to learn more about their most significant investment, their homes. This year's program includes cutting-edge energy technology, financial planning Financial planning Evaluating the investing and financing options available to a firm. From 10 AM to Noon, attendees may choose from three different two-hour seminars: Security and Protection, Energy Efficiency, and Insurance and Disaster Planning. A panel of security experts will describe proven security measures and the latest technology; representatives from the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) is a public benefit corporation that was created by the New York State Legislature in 1975. The purpose of the NYSERDA is to provide funding for the research of energy development. The afternoon session will consist of three seminars, held concurrently.
