Marketing American Agriculture, 3/4 day conference is being coordinated by the new Central California Chapter of the National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA). It will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 27, at the International Agri-Center's Heritage Complex in Tulare, Calif. It begins at 8 a.m. with registration and Continental breakfast and will conclude at 3 p.m. The schedule of presentations includes:

* "International marketing," featuring Candy Hansen of the University Center Export Program and Eduardo Torres of the U.S. Department of Commerce;

* "Niche marketing," which will feature Bill Fruehling of Fruehling Communications, San Diego San Diego (săn dēā`gō), city (1990 pop. 1,110,549), seat of San Diego co., S Calif., on San Diego Bay; inc. 1850. San Diego includes the unincorporated communities of La Jolla and Spring Valley. Coronado is across the bay. , speaking on how to identify and deliver a message to a very small segment of a diversified market;

* "The marketing life cycle," featuring Larry Evetts of Monsanto ("Mr. Roundup"), who will discuss how to adapt marketing approaches to changing market conditions during the life cycle of a product, from introduction to maturity;

* "Strategic planning in the changing ag market," featuring Michael Turley and Mark Vogel of Osborn & Barr Communications, St. Louis, which represents John Deere and Monsanto, among others;

* "The worldwide web as part of a total marketing package," featuring Mike Conners, president of the internet division of MCIC MCIC Macedonian Cultural and Information Centre (UK)

The lunch program will feature an update on milk marketing efforts.
