("Semi-Tech") announced today that its approximately 43 percent owned affiliate, Semi-Tech (Global) Company Limited ("Semi-Tech (Global)") issued the following announcement in response to rumours regarding its investment in Tomei International (Holdings) Limited ("Tomei"). Semi-Tech (Global) has requested trading in its securities be suspended for one day pending dissemination of this announcement.
