Self-feeding gear pump and screening device produces strips of rubber.

The Technoscreen self-feeding gear pump A Gear pump uses the meshing of gears to pump fluid by displacement. They are one of the most common types of pumps for hydraulic fluid power applications. Gear pumps however are also widely used in chemical installations to pump fluid with a certain viscosity.  and screening device produces single or multiple long strips of filtered rubber that can be cooled and festooned for feeding extruders or injection machines.

Featured in a four-page, four-color brochure, Technoscreen is said to be an extremely useful machine for treating compounds after mixing and for adapting it to the molding or extrusion operations. Technoscreen is said to be easy to operate and supplies a very delicate treatment of the compound, especially in relation to the temperature development, according to according to

the literature. The heating up of the compound is reduced to the minimal possible and is controlled by thermocontrollers up to six zones.

The filtering system is said to be extremely efficient and is controlled by a pressure transducer Pressure transducer

An instrument component which detects a fluid pressure and produces an electrical, mechanical, or pneumatic signal related to the pressure.
which sets off an alarm when the filter becomes dirty. The filtering of the compound allows improvement of the extruded or molded mold 1

Obtaining a long, uniform strip is said to allow a comfortable use of extruders and injection molding machines Injection molding machine (also known as injection press) - a machine for making plastic parts. Manufacturing products by injection molding process. Consist of two main parts, an injection unit and a clamping unit.  which can be easier to automate, according to the literature. The production quality is also said to increase because of the uniform and constant feeding.

The Technoscreen machine type 470/110 has a medium production of about 1,500 pounds per hour.

Technoscreen machines can be equipped by the company with a cooling and antisticking agent supply line with a dryer tunnel and a festoon festoon, sculptured or painted architectural or interior ornament consisting of a garland of leaves, flowers, or fruit, or some combination of these, held by ribbons or folds and draped at the ends.  or a wheel enrolling system.

The patented Technoscreen machine represents a very sophisticated device for the treatment of rubber and rubber-like materials, according to the literature.
