Select Media Communications, Inc. (OTCBB:SMTVE) (OTCBB:SMTV) announced today that it has filed the 2001 FORM 10 KSB. This filing is within 30 days of the due date of April 15, 2002. Upon this filing within the time period, Select Media will request that the "E" designation now placed on its trading symbol be dropped. The Company expects the "E" designation to be dropped in two business days. Select Media is a public company trading on the OTC BB under the symbol SMTV.
