) - Sekisui Plastics Co., Ltd. has earned Ecoleaf label No. BV-06-002 issued by Japan Envrionmental Management Association for Industry. Sekisui is one of two companies which has received this label regarding expanded polystyrene polystyrene (pŏl'ēstī`rēn), widely used plastic; it is a polymer of styrene. Polystyrene is a colorless, transparent thermoplastic that softens slightly above 100°C; (212°F;) and becomes a viscous liquid at around 185°C;  sheet as of August 21.
