The new store, which opened in August, offers a more express concept featuring eyewear for fashion-conscious shoppers. Earlier this year, Rose Associates signed LensCrafters Optique to 1,250 square feet at The Capitol Capitol, seat of the U.S. Congress Capitol, seat of the U.S. government at Washington, D.C.
