A Vietnam infantry veteran, Mr. Carrier served over twenty-three years as an officer in the U.S. Army specializing in Command, Control and Intelligence systems.

-- Renato (Renny) A. DiPentima -- Dr. DiPentima is the President of SRA's Consulting and Systems Integration business. Prior to joining SRA, he served as the Social Security Administration's Deputy Commissioner (CIO). He also served as chairman of the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Improvement Team, part of the President's National Performance Review and the Industry Advisory Council's CIO Task Force. He has received numerous public and private sector awards that include two Presidential Rank awards, GCN Government and Industry Executive of the Year, FGIPC and AFFIRM Industry Executive of the Year, and elected four times as a Federal Computer Week top 100 IT Executive.

-- Harold F. Gracey, Jr. -- Mr. Gracey is the vice president of Systems Integration, for PEC Solutions, Inc. Mr. Gracey's distinguished thirty-years of public service include the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Information and Technology and acting Chief Information Officer of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). He also was VA's liaison with the White House. In 1993, he received the President's Meritorious Executive Rank Award. Bringing over twenty-five years of executive management, Mr. Molaski was the first Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the US Department of Transportation.
