Sedona Corp. (In Brief).

CRM: Small- and mid-size financial institutions could do a lot more with their customer relationship management and marketing customer information file systems, says Sedona Corp. A survey conducted for Sedona by Core Group Inc., a national marketing consulting firm, reports that 76 percent of community banks and credit unions don't use all the components of their CRM and MCIF systems throughout their organizations. As a result, information isn't being disseminated throughout the institutions.
