Securities Resolution Advisors Inc. Completes Acquisition of Internet Auction, Inc.

WORCESTER, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 25, 1999--Securities Resolution Advisors, Inc. (OTC BB: SRAD) ("SRAD") announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Internet Auction Inc. ("Auction Inc.").

The terms of the acquisition include provisions for Auction Inc.'s management to assume the management of SRAD.
