NEW YORK -- Secured Services Inc. (OTCBB:SSVC), SSI or the Company, a leader in identity and access management security software and services, announced today that the integration of Minneapolis-based Cybrix Corporation is complete. The acquisition of Cybrix by SSVC, announced in November 2004, and the seamless manner in which the two organizations now operate, demonstrate the Company's skill at identifying acquisition candidates and rapidly assimilating them into contributing business units.

Cybrix, a provider of highly specialized consulting services, has implemented many of the identity and access management (IAM) point products deployed by business and government over the past 15 years. According to David Norris, president of Cybrix "the integration with Secured Services was relatively painless. They understand that our customers come first and worked with us to ensure the integration effort did not negatively impact our clients. In fact, they immediately enhanced our ability to close new customers. Since the execution of the original Letter of Intent in June of 2004, our revenues have increased more than 50% and the employee headcount has grown threefold."
