Secured Digital Applications, Inc. Awarded $1.56 Million Contract for Supply and Installation of Biometric Security System.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 11, 2004

Secured Digital Applications, Inc. (OTCBB:SDGL) announced today it has been awarded a $1.56 million contract by MY Architect for the supply and installation of a biometric security system in a multiple-use real estate development project located in Shah Alam, Malaysia. Installation is anticipated to begin in the third quarter of 2004 and be completed by the third quarter of 2005.

The contract calls for the Company's subsidiary, Animated Electronic Industries Sdn Bhd (AEI) to provide a comprehensive biometric security system using face and fingerprint recognition technology for the 312 apartments and 65 office and retail units included in the development project. The system will include biometric technology for apartment door locks, elevator access control, to control vehicle access into and out of the development and for visitor registration.

AEI is in negotiations with MY Architect for a separate contract for the maintenance of the security system.
