The suit also named as defendants Telos Corp (Telos), the parent company of Xacta, and David J. Wilson, Vice President of Product Management for Xacta. The Complaint filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia is one of two United States district courts serving the Commonwealth of Virginia. History During the 1960s, Judge Albert V. Bryan Jr. , alleges Xacta, through its Vice President of Product Management David Wilson, accessed and operated SecureInfo's proprietary RMS software and trade secret documentation for their own benefit. According to the suit, audit records from SecureInfo's software revealed that a domain named "Xacta" through user "Wilson, David" repeatedly analyzed, copied and exported SecureInfo's confidential, proprietary and trade secret information from a computer Internet address assigned to Telos, the parent company of Xacta. Concerning why SecureInfo initiated this litigation An action brought in court to enforce a particular right.
