Second Line Search Merges With iXL Spin-Off, FootageNow.

New company to become the premier broadband media provider

The Second Line Search family of companies have merged with FootageNow, an Atlanta based digital technology spinoff of iXL, for an undisclosed amount of cash and stock.

The new company will be called FootageNow, with offices in New York New York, state, United States
