Secom, Chiba police use GPS technology to nail stalkers.

 police have begun using a system developed by Secom that allows the victims of stalkers to press a button on their PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) A handheld computer for managing contacts, appointments and tasks. It typically includes a name and address database, calendar, to-do list and note taker, which are the functions in a personal information manager (see PIM).  or cellphone (CELLular telePHONE) The first ubiquitous wireless telephone. Originally analog, all new cellular systems are digital, which has enabled the cellphone to turn into a smartphone that has access to the Internet.  when they feel they are being stalked. The police would then be notified via GPS technology of the victim's whereabouts. So far the police have lent three handsets to women who had reported having trouble with stalkers.
