Seattle Singles Yacht Club Announces 12th Annual NW Harvest Benefit Race, Dinner & Dance with Awards Program; Sailors Set Sail and Race to Fight Hunger.


SEATTLE -- On Saturday, September 25th, an all day event with up to 75 sailors from the West Coast will set sail from Shilshole breakwater breakwater, offshore structure to protect a harbor from wave energy or deflect currents. When it also serves as a pier, it is called a quay; when covered by a roadway it is called a mole.  for a 15 nautical mile course in Seattle, Washington This page is protected from moves until disputes have been resolved on the .

, in order to raise money and food to donate to NW Harvest Food Bank. Attendees will have a chance to sail, race, have dinner, dance and attend the awards ceremony. There will be several silent auction and live auction items, including one incredible charter to the British Virgin Islands British Virgin Islands

The Annual NW Harvest Benefit Race, Dinner & Dance with awards program is hosted by Seattle Singles Yacht Club, a boating club in the Puget Sound Puget Sound (py`jĕt), arm of the Pacific Ocean, NW Wash., connected with the Pacific by Juan de Fuca Strait, entered through the Admiralty Inlet and extending in two arms c.  for sailing and power boating, along with other activities that are offered weekly. Established in 1992, Seattle Singles Yacht Club serves single boaters.

EDITOR'S NOTE Editor's Note (foaled in 1993 in Kentucky) is an American thoroughbred Stallion racehorse. He was sired by 1992 U.S. Champion 2 YO Colt Forty Niner, who in turn was a son of Champion sire Mr. Prospector and out of the mare, Beware Of The Cat.
