Sears signs 44,000 s/f Hudson Square lease.

 of Sears Holdings Corp., a leading broadline retailer providing merchandise and related services, has committed to a new 44,000 square-foot lease at Trinity Trinity, doctrine in Christianity

The Fortune 500 company intends to occupy the new space on the eighth floor, as early as February 1, 2006. Jason Pizer, Director of Commercial Leasing at Trinity Real Estate, made the announcement.

 and Steven Kaufman of Hanley Advisors represented Sears in the lease negotiations. Jason Pizer of Trinity Real Estate acted on behalf of the ownership. "This deal is an exciting one for the neighborhood and One Hudson Square. Sears joins Morgan Morgan, American family of financiers and philanthropists.
