Aquino, Managing Director, of Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. has arranged for the leasing of 635 Madison Avenue Madison Avenue, celebrated street of Manhattan, borough of New York City. It runs from Madison Square (23d St.) to the Madison Bridge over the Harlem River (138th St.). In the 1940s and 50s, some of the major U.S. , between 59th and 60th Streets, to luxury retailer Searle for its flagship store. Presently Bottega Veneta Founded in the early 1960's, Bottega Veneta is a manufacturer of consumer goods, producing primarily men's and women's ready-to-wear clothing, small leather goods, and exclusive home items. The company is reputed for quality and exclusivity and its famed signature Intrecciato Line. , the fifteen-year lease is for 12,000 square feet of selling space, consisting of ground, second, and a lower level. Consolo concluded, "Searle and the Garrick-Aug team have enjoyed a long and successfull association. "This year, we also assisted Searle with the renewal of their lease at 805 Madison Avenue. Along with several other locations in Manhattan, including the newly expanded store on Third and 62nd Street, Searle already has four other stores on Madison.
