SearchHelp Product Distribution Expands into the OEM Arena

SYOSSET, N.Y. -- SearchHelp, Inc. (OTCBB: SHLP), a leading developer of award-winning, web-based parental control software, has entered into an OEM agreement with Systemax Inc. (NYSE: SYX), a leading marketer of branded and private label computer equipment, to preload SearchHelp's popular "Sentry at Home" software products in all personal computers and notebooks manufactured and shipped by Systemax starting today.

Consumers, who purchase a PC or notebook, will have a free trial of SearchHelp's award-winning parental control software, "Sentry at Home." Systemax plans to ship approximately 10,000 computers per month with preloaded Sentry products.
