 - announced today the launch of Rock N' Sole: The Girl Band Search.

Conceived by Madden himself, the search is born of a conviction to provide inspiration and support to the creative aspirations and dreams of today's budding female artists.

Also the focus of an extensive cross-marketing campaign, Rock N' Sole will lead to the awarding of a demo recording deal with Atlantic Records, along with a wardrobe from Steve Madden. Three finalists - either a band or a solo artist who write and perform their own music - will be selected from all entries received.
