SeaView Video Technology, Inc. (OTCBB:SEVU) announces the SeaView Board of Directors has approved the engagement of Aidman, Piser and Company of Tampa, FL, (http://www.apcpa.com) as the Company's auditors. SeaView Chairman/CEO George S. Bernardich III indicated in a statement that moving to a full-service regional accounting firm is the first of several planned measures "to strengthen the infrastructure of our company as we continue our growth into the future." To allow additional time for the transition, SeaView has secured an extension for filing its 10K annual report. The results for FY 2001, due no later than April 15, 2002, are not expected to differ dramatically from FY 2000.

"I would also like to thank Carol McAtee, C.P.A., and her staff at Accounting Consultants, Inc. for their prompt and professional service over the past several years," Bernardich said. Accounting Consultants, Inc. will continue to serve the Company on various financial projects.

"Two in-house account executives have been added to the sales force to follow-up on sales leads generated at recent trade shows. We participated for our fourth year in the Miami (FL) International Boat Show in mid-February, and we attended the ISC Expo/West during the first week of March in Las Vegas, NV. This show featured the SecureView Parking Lot Surveillance System, which we currently have installed at beta sites for two major retailers."

International interest in the Company's IRFS power line communication technology continues to grow. During a recent trip to Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Company personnel delivered the initial presentation for a remote meter-reading system using powerline communication to Tenaga Nasional BHD, the nation's largest electric utility. In a combined effort with Malaysian teaming partners Far Alliance (M) SDN. BHD and Afzid Research SDN. BHD, SeaView expects to return to Malaysia over the next several months for final proof-of-technology testing. Upon acceptance, a pilot rollout is anticipated either late this year or early 2003.
