Sea Green Capital Corp. Drilling Update.

TORONTO -- Sea Green Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE:SGS)(FRANKFURT:S9G) (the "Corporation" or "Sea Green") announces that three diamond drill holes (375 m) have been completed in Ogden Township. The holes were drilled south at -45 degrees, -60 degrees and -75 degrees from a setup, which is 76 m north and 33 m west of the historical McEnaney shaft. The object of the drilling is to verify the presence of 60 degrees north-dipping gold mineralization zones reported to contain 40,000 tons grading 0.64 ounces gold per ton (21.9 g/t Au) and 150,000 tons grading 0.143 ounces gold per ton (4.9 g/t Au) located between the surface and the 300 foot level in the McEnaney Mine. These mineralized zones may extend onto Sea Green's property. All three holes intersected intensely altered and sheared zones ranging from 17 to 32 m wide (core length) containing ankerite, sericite, fuchsite disseminated pyrite and quartz veins, suggesting that the mineralized zones may have been intersected. Assays are pending and will be released in a timely fashion.

The original resource estimate is based on underground development in 1923-25 supervised by Mr. J.J. Harris former mine manager of McIntyre Mines Limited. Since the supporting data is not available to the corporation for examination, the reader is cautioned that one should not rely on this resource estimate. Based on available information the corporation believes that the historical resources are equivalent to the inferred resource category of the CIM  resource and reserve classification.

The diamond drill has now been moved to Godfrey Township to conduct a two-drill hole test of a high priority electromagnetic anomaly, that may be related to economic base metal mineralization.

Following the Godfrey drill program the drill will be dispatched to Carnegie Township to test a volcanic massive sulphide target defined by geophysics. A single drill hole is proposed.

On the Sea Green properties in the Casa Berardi area of Quebec, the balance of the geophysical surveys have been completed. Interpretation of the data is expected to provide several targets in addition to the seven known drill targets. Depending upon the availability of a diamond drill rig it is anticipated that drilling will commence in March.

Sea Green currently has 38,370,568 common shares outstanding.
