) is pleased to announce the appointment of Bent Jorgensen, P. Eng. to the Company's Advisory Board.

Mr. Jorgensen brings with him 12 years of experience in the world-leading Danish wind industry. Since 1994 Mr. Jorgensen has been involved in international project development with both onshore and offshore wind farms for the consulting/engineering company Elsam Engineering (Wind Power Division, wholely owned by the Danish Utility ELSAM). In 2002, Elsam Engineering completed the largest offshore wind farm built to date: the 160 megawatt Horns Rev Offshore Wind Farm.

As an independent consulting engineer to the global wind industry, Mr. Jorgensen has been engaged as a sales manager and marketing consultant. As well, he has taken an active part in projects in Spain, Italy, the UK, Ireland, Greece and New Zealand New Zealand (zē`lənd), island country (2005 est. pop. 4,035,000), 104,454 sq mi (270,534 sq km), in the S Pacific Ocean, over 1,000 mi (1,600 km) SE of Australia. The capital is Wellington; the largest city and leading port is Auckland. .

In addition, as an independent engineer, Mr. Jorgensen has provided expertise to banks, investor groups, and developers on risk assessment and due dilligence for wind farm developments. In his capacity as a consultant, he has also worked with the wind turbine manufacturing industry worldwide. Finally, Mr. Jorgensen has been engaged by international wind farm developers to assess markets and to assist with project implementation.

Mr. Jorgensen's appointment also coincides with the recent issuance of the Environmental Assessment Certificate for the Company's Knob Hill Wind Farm - the largest single wind farm proposal in the world to receive planning approval. It will comprise 150 wind turbines with a total generation capacity of up to 450 megawatts, enough energy for approximately 350,000 people.
