Group Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) held a free heart screening day at Stourbridge Health Centre last month to prevent more unnecessary deaths.

The event was dedicated to tragic Midland victims of cardiomyopathy, also called adult cot death as the heart suddenly stops beating.

Another free heart testing day is being planned for September.
