SAG-PPHP delivers high quality pension and health insurance benefits to the acting community. SAG-PPHP has deployed Concord's BSM software to manage the applications, systems, and networks over which SAG-PPHP processes pension and health benefits for more than 60,000 actors and dependents. SAG-PPHP chose Concord's eHealth(R) Suite of IT infrastructure management solutions for its ease of implementation, flexible capabilities, integrated solution and low cost of maintenance.

SAG-PPHP's 250 employees in Burbank, Calif., Ventura, Calif., New York and Miami, process over 700,000 claims per year and manage more than $2 billion in pension benefits for its current membership. The organization selected the eHealth Suite to manage its internal and external infrastructure components, including the applications, servers, and networks that enable employees to process medical claims and payments to physicians and hospitals. In addition, their infrastructure enables actors to perform eligibility inquires, pension status and other benefit-related queries from anywhere in the world via the Web. By using the eHealth Suite for capacity planning, including network transportation and server storage, as well as fault management, SAG-PPHP is helping to ensure the quality of its member services twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.
