Scott Paper signs partnership with Molnlycke.

An agreement has been signed between Swedish roll goods producer Molnlycke and Scott Paper, Philadelphia, PA, for a partnership that will manufacture and market adult incontinence and wound care products to long term care markets in the U.S. and Canada under the Scott Health Care name. Under terms of the joint venture, both companies will own 50% of the new business.

Scott Paper also announced an agreement for the purchase of DRIpride, the adult incontinence division of Weyerhaeuser, Tacoma, WA.

The Scott Nonwovens business was not affected by either agreement.
