LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 9, 2002

Scopus Network Technologies, the supplier of digital platforms for the worldwide broadcast of the 2002 World Cup Games from Korea, today announced that its broadcast quality Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB (Digital Video Broadcasting) An international digital television (DTV) standard that is the European and Far Eastern counterpart of the North American ATSC standard. ) MPEG-2 platform, the IVG-6100 (Integrated Video Gateway), is now contained in a 1RU package. The IVG-6100 enables content to be delivered cost-effectively over broadband IP networks into the home or corporate office space by telecom and other service providers. The IVG-6100 is being demonstrated at Scopus' NAB Booth #S-3927, at the Sands Convention Center, Las Vegas, NV.

Within the IVG-6100's 1RU case, Scopus has packed a comprehensive answer to the industry's growing requirements for access to broadcast and new multimedia services over broadband networks.
