Scientigo, Inc. Appoints Prominent Industry Leaders to Corporate Advisory Board; Group to Advise Senior Management Team on Global Growth Strategies.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Scientigo, Inc. (OTCBB:MKTE), an emerging leader in next generation enterprise search and intelligent enterprise content management, today announced the formation of a Corporate Advisory Board, created to advise the senior management team on global growth strategies and prevailing business development opportunities for the Company's proprietary technologies and solutions.

The Advisory Board, chaired by Doyal Bryant, Scientigo's CEO, will meet routinely to assess, evaluate and prioritize strategic growth options. Olin H. Broadway Jr., Executive in Residence, University of North Carolina at Charlotte

Broadway currently serves as the Executive in Residence at the College of Information Technology of University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He has extensive experience with Information Technology companies, having served as the founder of seven including - Computer Management Corporation; BroadNet, Inc; Egret Holdings/Osprey Systems; and Broadway & Seymour, Inc. He has also worked for IBM and First Union Corporation in technology management roles. Broadway is a member of the Board of Directors for NCTA and founder, former Chairman and board member of the North Carolina Partnership for Excellence, and is a member of the Order of the Long Leaf Pine. Olin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Wake Forest University.

Russell J. Bruemmer, Chairman, Financial Institutions Department, WilmerHale

Russell J. Bruemmer is the current Chairman of WilmerHale's Financial Institutions Department and formerly was co-chair of the Business Transactions Section. Bruemmer's practice focuses primarily on the corporate and financial services areas. Mr. Bruemmer's clients include companies engaged in, and transactions involving, financial services, technology and biotechnology, telecommunications, energy and other industry sectors. He has represented some of the country's largest corporations in acquisitions and divestitures, corporate structurings, joint ventures and financings. In February 1978, he was appointed Special Assistant to the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He served in that position until June 1980, when he became Chief Counsel-Congressional Affairs for the FBI, a position he held until he joined the firm in 1981. Bruemmer also served as Special Counsel to the Director of Central Intelligence from September 1987 to January 1988 and as the Central Intelligence Agency's General Counsel from January 1988 until March 1990. At the CIA, Bruemmer managed an office of 60 lawyers and was the senior legal officer for the Agency and the Director of Central Intelligence.

Bruemmer is a member of the American Bar Association, has chaired two ABA subcommittees of the Banking law Committee and served as vice-chair of an ABA subcommittee on corporate compliance policies. He is a member of the Editorial Board of the Electronic Banking law and Commerce Report and of the Advisory Board of the University of North Carolina Banking law Institute. He has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Federal Bar Association's Banking Law Committee, was a standing committee member of the ABA Standing Committee on Law and National Security and has consulted with the ABA's Central and Eastern European Law Initiative and the Congressionally-mandated Commission on the Advancement of Federal Law Enforcement.

Bruemmer became a member of the Council on Foreign Relations in 1991, and since 1994, has been a member of the American Law Institute. Bruemmer also was a director of the Chauncey Group International, Ltd., a subsidiary of Educational Testing Service engaged in professional and occupational licensing and certification testing and assessment from 1999 to 2003. He is the author of numerous articles published in law reviews and other legal publications and regularly speaks at seminars and trade association meetings.

Ravi Chiruvolu, Venture Partner, GKM Ventures

A regular columnist in Venture Capital Journal, Chiruvolu is widely recognized as a thought leader in the venture capital industry. Currently, he serves as Venture Partner at GKM Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on investments in expansion-stage technology companies located in the Western U.S. From June 2000 through June 2005, he was Managing Director of Charter Venture Capital, a $150 million early stage technology and life science fund. Previously, Chiruvolu was a Principal at Alta Partners, a $225 million technology and life sciences fund. Prior to Alta, he held operating positions at Peapod, where from July 1996 to October 1998, he served as General Manager of Online Services and Director of Business Development. Before that, Chiruvolu was in the Strategic Planning group at Ameritech, where he was nominated for the Chairman's Award, which is reserved for the ten top performers; in the Wireless Infrastructure group at Motorola; and the Systems Integration group at Mitre Corporation. Chiruvolu also spent two years as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company in Washington DC. He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Economics from MIT; and a MS in Engineering (specialization in robotics and control systems) from MIT.

Terrence DeFranco, Chairman, CEO and founder of Edentify, Inc.

Prior to the founding of Edentify, Inc., one of the leading organizations dedicated to developing and deploying technology solutions utilized in preventing identity theft and fraud, DeFranco was Chairman and CEO of Titan International Partners, a merchant banking and research firm focused on providing corporate and strategic advisory services and equity and debt financing to small-cap and middle market companies. His background is primarily in the area of corporate finance, previously serving as head of investment banking for Baird, Patrick & Co., Inc., a 50-year old NYSE Member firm; and head of investment banking and founding partner of Burlington Securities Corp., a New York based investment banking and institutional equity trading firm. DeFranco began his career on Wall Street in 1991 with PaineWebber, Inc., now UBS PaineWebber. He has been an active principal investor, senior manager and advisor to many early-stage companies and has extensive experience in dealing with issues related to the management and operations of small public companies. DeFranco is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Economics, has completed coursework toward the Masters in Business Administration and Economic Crime and Fraud Management at Utica College in New York, and is an Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

R. William "Bill" Ide, Partner, McKenna, Long & Aldridge LLP 

Ide focuses his practice on ethics, corporate governance, special investigations, strategic interface with publics, and crisis management. He is a Senior Fellow of Emory Director's Institute and of the Conference Board's Directors Institute. Ide presently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of AFC Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: AFCE), where he chairs the Governance Committee and serves on the Audit Committee. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Albemarle Corporation (NYSE: ALB), where he serves on the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee. He is a trustee of Clark Atlanta University and he is on the Advisory Board of the Corporate Accountability Report.

Previously, Ide served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Monsanto Corporation and sat on its management board. During that time, he served as Executive Advisor and Key Strategist to Monsanto's Chairman and CEO during a major shift in the corporate focus, business strategy and creation of new markets. Prior to his Monsanto service, he was a senior partner with the Atlanta-based law firm of Long Aldridge & Norman LLP, a predecessor firm to McKenna Long & Aldridge. He also has served as Senior Vice President and special counsel for E.F. Hutton and Prescott Ball & Turben. Further, Ide served as a law clerk to Judge Griffin Bell of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He was President of the American Bar Association from 1993 to 1994, during which he was challenged to re-establish the organization as the spokesperson for the legal profession, to bolster relevance to members and to reverse any declining image of the legal profession with the public. Ide also undertook modernization of ABA business practices during his tenure as President. In addition, he was a founding executive committee and board of directors member of the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games. He was counselor to the United States Olympic Committee from 1998-2000. Ide also served on the executive committee of the board of directors of the American Arbitration Association. He was a member of the ABA Task Force on Corporate Responsibility. He is Chair of the ABA Task Force on the Attorney Client Privilege and serves on the audit and governance committees of the Clark Atlanta University Board or Trustees. Frank Kinnett, Managing Principle, Integro

Kinnett is currently Managing Principle of the Atlanta office of Integro, an insurance brokerage and risk management firm with offices in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, Atlanta, Bermuda and Montreal. Previously, he was Managing Director of Marsh, Inc., the world's leading risk and insurance services firm, where he oversaw business development and major client management in the Company's Atlanta office. He has been active in the business, insurance and investment communities in Atlanta and throughout the Southeast for over 30 years, and has been an active board member for a number of companies, including Fizzion, Inc., a technology subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company; FiWare, Inc.; Bridium, Inc.; Connecture, Inc.; Live Oak Equity Partners; and Harris and Harris Group. Kinnett earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics and Business from the University of the South.

Craig Mento, President and COO, M1 Global Services

Mento is President and COO of M1 Global, where he is responsible for aligning the Company's business strategy execution with fiscal responsibility. Mento has more than 25 years of managerial experience in the technology and telephony industry and has held senior positions at Vocalocity, Telera, TeleTech, Sperry, Bell Labs and Unisys. In the role of Sr. Vice President of Sales for Telera, he was the energizing force behind the Company's channel and sales efforts, focusing on service provider customers. Prior to Telera, Mr. Mento was responsible for directing the European subsidiary of TeleTech as President and General Manager. His experience also includes more than twenty years driving major programs at Sperry and Bell Labs and multiple positions at Unisys, including General Manager of their Communications Systems Division. Mr. Mento graduated from The Citadel with a Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics with post-graduate work at Wharton.

Harry J. Pettit, President, GDS; International President, InfoCall

As President of InfoCall, an international company engaged in providing comprehensive Directory Assistance services for telephone, cellphone and Internet users, and President of sister company GDS (Global Directory Solutions), Petitt is charged with overseeing execution of the Company's global business development strategies. Previously, he served as President of LSSi International, the world's leading provider of telephony-sourced national databases of telephone listings, as well as CEO of TSGI, which was the predecessor to LSSi. While serving as Vice President of Bell Atlantic International, he started and led Bell Atlantic's global business operations, resulting in major software contracts with international telecom providers including Telecom Italia ($125 million) and Telefonica ($67 million). As CEO and Chairman of Bell Atlantic Asia Pacific, he was responsible for the creation of over $120 million in new business in the Far East. Pettit also led Bell Atlantic's effort to acquire New Zealand Telecom and took the Company public on the New York Stock Exchange. Prior to his tenure at Bell Atlantic, he spent nearly 30 years serving in numerous executive positions at IBM. Pettit has extensive board experience, having served as a director of SKY TV (New Zealand), Pacific Star (Australia), Mobiltel (Indonesia), CSM (Indonesia), various internal and external companies related to IBM and Bell Atlantic, and Halikalani Partners (a joint venture with TCI, Time Warner, Ameritech and Bell Atlantic).
