The Advisory Board, chaired by Doyal Bryant, Scientigo's CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. , will meet routinely to assess, evaluate and prioritize strategic growth options. Broadway currently serves as the Executive in Residence at the College of Information Technology of University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Russell J. Bruemmer, Chairman, Financial Institutions Department, WilmerHale

Russell J. Bruemmer is the current Chairman of WilmerHale's Financial Institutions Department and formerly was co-chair of the Business Transactions Section. Bruemmer's practice focuses primarily on the corporate and financial services areas. Mr. Bruemmer's clients include companies engaged in, and transactions involving, financial services, technology and biotechnology, telecommunications, energy and other industry sectors. He has represented some of the country's largest corporations in acquisitions and divestitures, corporate structurings, joint ventures and financings. In February 1978, he was appointed Special Assistant to the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), division of the U.S. Dept. of Justice charged with investigating all violations of federal laws except those assigned to some other federal agency. .
