Scian petitions for Bar reinstatement.

Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Michael Peter Scian has petitioned the Florida Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

Scian was suspended for three years pursuant to a court order dated June 8, 1995, nunc pro tunc to November 4, 1994, as a result of his misconduct in diverting client funds into his personal bank account without consent. He also served nonfirm clients using law firm resources while retaining the fee.
