 Corporation today announced the appointment of Robert N. Wilson to its board of directors, effective May 9, 2003, the day of our annual shareholder meeting.

Mr. Wilson, 62, is senior vice chairman of the board of Johnson & Johnson. He joined Johnson & Johnson in 1964 and has held a series of executive positions. He will be retiring from Johnson & Johnson in May 2003. Since 1991, Mr. Wilson has served on the board of directors of U.S. Trust (a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Charles Schwab Corporation). He also serves on the board of directors of Amerada Hess Corporation The Hess Corporation (NYSE: HES) is an integrated oil company based in New York City. The company changed its name from Amerada Hess as of May 8, 2006. The company explores, produces, transports, and refines oil. . In addition, Mr. Wilson serves on the boards of directors of Atlantic Salmon Atlantic salmon
