Schools Command has a new showbird.The Naval Aviation Schools Command (NASC NASC Norwich Area Schools Consortium (UK) NASC Nottingham Arabidopsis Stock Centre NASC National Animal Supplement Council NASC North American Solar Challenge NASC Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges ) replaced the A-6 Intruder that has graced its front lawn for the past six years with a newly retired F/A-18 Hornet from VFA-203. Gallardo, Jr., the aircraft was changed to update the appearance of the school facility and to keep the incoming Naval Aviators Well-known aviators People largely known for their contributions to the history of aviation While all of these people were pilots (and some still are), many are also noted for contributions in areas such as aircraft design and manufacturing, navigation or motivated throughout their initial phase of pipeline training.
